Minnano Bike Rental — Usage Guide

Business hours are 10:00–18:30. Please return the bike by 18:00. Cross bike rental: ¥1,000/1 hour, ¥2,000/5 hours, ¥500 per extra hour, ¥3,000/day (all tax incl.). A ¥2,000 deposit per bike is required (fully refunded if the bike is undamaged).

Agreement on Accidents, Bike Damage, and Theft

In case of accident or breakdown, stop riding immediately and contact Minnano. In case of accident, also contact the police. If the bike breaks down, please return it yourself as a rule. If that is not possible, a ¥1,000 collection fee applies. If the bike is damaged, you will bear the repair cost. *Lost key ¥1,000 / damage from falls ¥3,000 (severe damage will be billed separately). In case of theft, you will bear the full price of the bike. Always lock it with the key provided. We accept no liability for accidents or trouble. These must be resolved at the user's own responsibility and expense. Some routes pass through residential areas. Watch for pedestrians, avoid excessive speed, and strictly follow traffic rules.

Important — please read before booking
・Our bikes are cross bikes. No e-bikes are available.
・On the day, photo ID and a ¥2,000 deposit will be collected (refunded on return if the bike is undamaged).
・The rental bikes have no insurance included. You are responsible in case of accidents. If concerned, please take out one-day bicycle insurance before riding.
