How It Works

   Reserve online or by phone
   Tell us your preferred date, time, and plan.Online reservations are accepted until the day before; for same-day rentals, please call.

   Check in at Minnano
   Please check in and pay at the counter on the day.

   Off you go!
   Feel free to ask our staff for recommended spots.

   Return on time
   Just bring the bike back to Minnano and you're done.

Before You Ride

• Advance reservation required (web or phone).Online reservations are accepted until the day before; for same-day rentals, please call.
• Bikes come in sizes S and M.Size S suits riders 160 cm or taller; size M is recommended for 170 cm or taller.* No children's bikes are available.
• On the day, photo ID and a ¥2,000 deposit will be collected. Refunded on return if the bike is undamaged.
• The rental bikes have no insurance included. You are responsible in case of accidents. If concerned, please take out one-day bicycle insurance before riding.
• Service may be unavailable due to rain or other conditions.
• Please follow traffic rules and ride safely.
• If you may be late returning, please be sure to call us.
